For the first time ever in WEFS, we had a national championship, where each team contributed players to their national side, based upon manager nationality. There were 22 countries in the World Cup. It turned out to be a surprise final between Ireland and France, won by the French. Third place went to U.S.A. who clearly beat Team Sweden.
