Unofficial WEFS Elo ratings

The Elo ratings formulas for national teams have been borrowed to generate WEFS ratings, based upon regular season games counting from season 1 to present. The number is the current rating, followed by all-time highest rating and rating difference from last week. The rating formulas are:

Rnew = Rold + Kdiv * (Wreal - Wexpected)

Kdiv = [ 34, 30, 27, 25 ] for Elite/Second/Third/Fourth. K = K * 1.5 if GD=2, or K = K * (1.375+GD/8) for GD>2

Wreal = 1, 0.5 or 0 (win, draw or loss)

Wexpected = 1/(1 + 10(-dr/400)) where dr equals rating difference between the two teams. The team playing at home is modified by adding 100 to their rating.
